📝 Create an Account on Softadastra

To access all features on Softadastra, you need a user account. Here's how to create one:

  1. Go to Softadastra.com.
  2. Click on "Sign Up" or "Create an Account".
  3. Choose a registration method:
    • Via Google (quick and secure login)
    • Or manually by entering your full name, phone number, email, and password.
  4. Submit the form to finalize your account creation.

🛒 List a Product for Sale

Once logged in, you can easily list items for sale:

  1. Click on "Add a Product" from your dashboard.
  2. Fill in the following details:
    • Up to 20 high-quality images
    • Product title
    • Detailed description
    • Price in local currency
    • Quantity in stock
    • Category, brand, and available sizes
    • Condition of the product (new, like new, used, etc.)
    • Main color
    • Similar products (max 5)
    • Package size:
      • Small – Fits in a large envelope
      • Medium – Fits in a shoebox
      • Large – Fits in a moving box
  3. Click on "Publish".

🔧 Manage Your Listed Products

You can change the visibility of your listings at any time:

  1. Go to your "My Products" section.
  2. Click on the icon next to the product.
  3. Select:
    • View – to see details
    • Unpublish – to temporarily hide the product
    • Delete – to permanently remove the product

💳 How to Make a Payment

Softadastra uses a secure offline payment model:

  1. After confirming your order, payment instructions will be displayed.
  2. Make a bank deposit to the official platform account.
  3. Upload a screenshot of the payment proof via the designated interface.
  4. Once the order is delivered and confirmed by the buyer, Softadastra releases the payment to the seller.

📦 Order Tracking

The order tracking system is simple and transparent:

  1. The seller starts delivery by clicking "In Delivery".
  2. The buyer then sees an active button in their order.
  3. When the buyer receives the package, they confirm by clicking "Received".
  4. This confirmation triggers the seller’s payment release.

🌍 Softadastra's Operating Areas

Softadastra is a cross-border platform operating between:

  • Kampala (Uganda) – Main seller zone
  • Democratic Republic of the Congo – Main buyer zone

Sellers may come from either country.

📊 User Dashboard Features

In the "My Account" section, you have access to several professional tools:

  • Orders: Track your past and received orders
  • Shipping options: Choose from suggested logistics partners or personal delivery
  • Payment details: Add your M-Pesa, Airtel Money, bank, or other numbers to receive payments
  • Integrated messaging: Communicate with clients and partners
  • Pro network: Connect with the top 100 sellers on the platform
  • Account security:
    • Change your password or email address
    • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
    • Verify your email address
    • Manage active sessions
    • View login history
    • Deactivate or delete your account
