- WhatsApp / in-app chat: via your account for faster handling.
To protect your account, we may ask for identity verification (e.g., email code, 2FA, or additional info) before processing your request.
🔹 10. Response Times
We aim to respond to verified requests within a reasonable time frame depending on your location and local laws. If your request is complex, we’ll inform you about any necessary extension.
🔹 11. Minors
If we learn that a user account is held by a minor without the necessary legal authorization, we will take appropriate steps, which may include restricting access or deleting the account.
