Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

🔹 1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Softadastra platform, as well as the commercial relationships between sellers and buyers.

Using the site implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

🔹 2. Account Creation and Management

• Any user can create a free account using Google or by entering personal information (name, phone number, email, password).
• The information must be accurate and regularly updated.
• Each user is responsible for the security of their account.

🔹 3. Product Listing

• Sellers can list their items with a maximum of 20 images, description, price, stock, packaging format, etc.
• Softadastra reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
• Sellers cannot modify a listed product but can deactivate or delete it.

🔹 4. Orders and Payments

• Customers must make a manual deposit into the Softadastra account and provide proof (screenshot).
• Once the order is received and confirmed by the customer, Softadastra transfers the payment to the seller.
• Softadastra will not transfer any funds without confirmation of order receipt from the customer.

🔹 5. Delivery

• The seller is responsible for delivery (personal or via a selected partner).
• The customer can track their order status from their account and confirm receipt once delivered.
• The seller can indicate if an order is "in transit."

🔹 6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are possible within 3 days after receipt if the item is non-compliant or defective.
• Proof (photo or video) must be provided for any claim.
• Refunds are made after return validation and can be issued to the user’s wallet or via the initial deposit method.

🔹 7. Responsibilities

• Softadastra acts as a trusted intermediary between buyers and sellers.
• Sellers are solely responsible for the compliance of the products delivered.
• Softadastra reserves the right to suspend or delete any account suspected of fraud, non-compliance with terms, or abusive behavior.

🔹 8. Security and Privacy

• Personal data is protected and only shared when necessary (delivery, customer support).
• Advanced security features are offered: two-factor authentication, session management, login history, etc.

🔹 9. Modification of Terms

Softadastra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any major updates.

🔹 10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda.
